Aloha Friday #1

Welcome to my first addition of Aloha Friday. Aloha Friday comes to us from the blog "An Island Life".

In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that they take it easy and look forward to the weekend.
So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. I will ask you a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response. If you’d like to participate, just post your own question on your blog and leave your link on Mr Linky at "An Island Life".Don’t forget to visit the other participants!

It’s a great way to make new bloggy friends!

So here is my 1st Aloha Friday question:

What is the most important thing you are looking for in a Childcare Provider?

  1. The environment that my child will be in for 10 hours a day.

    :) Welcome! Aloha Friday!

  2. Well since my kids are now 29 & 30 :) I'm not up to date on all th elatest in child care services etc., but back in the day, I really needed to know that my provider was a very warm and loving person - first and foremost!

  3. A safe and secure environment, where my child will be given chances to do developmentally appropriate activities.

  5. Welcome! My kids are a little old & actually my son will soon be old enough to babysit him & his sister so that's out @ the moment. Back in the day though, it was do I trust this person enough to actually let them in my home (always a sahm) or what?

  6. I no longer send my kids to an outside provider but when we did, my first look was at how clean and organized the home was.

  7. I am a stay-at-home mom so I wouldn't be looking for a daycare provider but if I did I would look for a clean place and proof that their workers had the right education. That would be where I would start.... :)

  8. My children are grown. I would look for someone that is honest and trustworthy.

  9. I would look for someone not near as crazy as I... at least today.. I am loving the sunshine too bad I don't have a houseful of kiddos we would be outdoors. I have been out and about, loving the sunshine.
I wanted to let you know that Susie Q started an etsy shop. She is just getting started, she would like ideas of things that we think she could sell.
I have added her to my blog list,

I wanted to add like her little shop window on my blog couldn't figure it out.
As soon as she gets things going we are going to do a couple of giveaways, me and You..hehehe we must promote the nieces endeavors.
Alright I am off to get busy some more, STAY OFF THE ROOF!!!
