SENSA day 7

Well, it all started one week ago today. What was I thinking by starting on a Sunday, on a weekend day? Not a good day to start on since I have to do all my running around and errands on the weekends and it usually also consists of eating out at least twice.

Everything with the Sensa went pretty well, I forgot to use my shaker a few times, but I am getting into the habit more. I keep one on my kitchen table and the other in my purse for those meals out or on the go. I did not have any complaints about the Sensa shaker except for today when I put it on my chicken nuggets from McDonalds, I could feel the texture on the roof of my mouth but I got over it after about the second nugget, so it's all good.

Now on to what my weight did this week:

That makes me so happy because that means that I have lost 2 pounds. Woot! Woot! Oh, that makes me so H-A-P-P-Y!! Let's just hope that I continue to lose more every week. Just to let you all know that I have done nothing except use my Sensa shaker. I haven't changed my eating habits or done any exercising. I will try to get some exercise incorporated into my daily activities sooner or later, when I find the time.
