I have been wanting to change the look of my blog for sometime now, but I have just been too lazy to do it. Until I was approached by April from A Mommy's Blog Design, she must have thought that I really needed an update also because she contacted me about doing a review of one of her Premade Templates and a doing a giveaway of one. All I could think of was, is she in my head or what? I had even been looking around on that big ole World Wide Web for some templates but I really couldn't find any social media icons that I liked. I actually have a program that I could design my own in but I definitely do not have the time or patience for that right now.

So as you can tell, I took April up on the review of one of her Premade templates and I chose her Color Burst (Bright) for Blogger (which she also does WordPress) She has a total of 30 Premade Templates for Blogger and the social media icon to match them all. I was in heaven.

I hopped on over to her website, chose what I wanted, used the coupon code that she emailed me and was on my way. I downloaded the template and social media buttons and started on my way to redoing my blog. Now remember, I hadn't messed with this since I started my blog in February 2009 so it was kinda like starting over plus I moved and deleted some things. I have to admit though that it was pretty easy, after I figured out how to unzip a file, which I don't think I have ever done before. lol

So anyway, here are my before and after pictures. I am not sure why I didn't do a print screen of the title of my old template. A nut head I guess you could say.

I know that I am certainly liking this new crisp and clean look much better, that is for sure. I hope that all of you like it better also, I think that it will be easier for you all to read.
