When wedding planner Anne Hawthorne meets George Laurence, she thinks she's found the man of her dreams. But when he turns out to be a client, her "dream" quickly turns into a nightmare. Will Anne risk her heart and her career on this engaging Englishman? George came to Louisiana to plan his employer's wedding and pose as the groom. Will she ever trust George again? Can God help these two believers find a happy ending?

My Review:
I have never read a book by Kaye Dacus but I will have to say that this was a very interesting and well written book. I can not imagine what a busy life Anne leads in being a wedding planner and what's the crazy chances of her falling in love while doing that. Anne comes from a very large and close family, while George has no family around him because his job has brought him to Bonneterre where Anne's family has taken to liking him. There are secrets between Anne and George that could definitely keep them apart. They will both definitely have to learn to trust again. There are times when you just want to laugh and then again there are times when you feel bad for the both of them. This is the first book in the Brides of Bonneterre series and I am really looking forward to reading some more of Kaye's wonderful work.
