I was just out blog hopping and came across this really cool kitchen helper. I am always cooking potatoes for something or the other. I par-boil potatoes before I fry them, so I am constantly peeling them. With the prices of potatoes continuously going up and up this idea is wonderful.

ReplyDeleteI am on the upstairs computer, so far bug free.. I have not heard from Shotwell yet, will have to find somewhere to take the laptop. Laptop has a virus and apparently so do I. Went to bed at 5:30 just woke up, headed back to bed. I also have 2 kiddos out sick.. fever, headaches, chills, and upset tummies.. no fun.

ReplyDeleteIn regards to frying potatoes, I usually just poke a few holes in it, pop it in the microwave for about 6 minutes, then pan fry it, skin and all. (oh I'm here from SITS. Hi!)
