SENSA Weight Loss System

Okay, so I have decided that it is time for a change in my weight and eating habits. I have a goal in mind. Not so much a weight loss goal but a physical goal. I would love to be able to walk in one of the walks for Breast Cancer. Ever since my recent scare (read about it here and here), that hit too close to home for me I have been more aware of the Breast Cancer statistics and hopefully this goal to be able to do one of these walks helps me with the weight loss. For those of you who have seen my picture, know that I am definitely overweight. For some reason this past year and a half has brought on an additional 40 pounds over and above the weight that I maintained for about 10 years. Of course with out that 40 pounds I was still overweight. I am not very successful in losing weight, so wish me some luck will ya? I am going to start using Sensa on Sunday October 4th and I will be doing an update on my weight loss every week for you on Sundays.

Another thing that is going to help me with my weight loss is the Sensa Weight Loss System. I know, your are now going to ask:

What is Sensa?

Sensa is unlike any other weight-loss program. It is a 6-month system of Tastants that are sprinkled on your food to help you feel full faster, stay satisfied longer and lose weight.

It is not a diet. You can continue to eat all your favorite foods and still lose weight. There are no prepackaged meals, stimulants, drugs or diuretics.

It uses your senses of smell and taste to control appetite. Although many people think the feeling of hunger or fullness comes from your stomach – it is actually governed by the satiety center in your brain. When Sensa Tastants are sprinkled on food, it triggers this satiety center, so you feel satisfied with less food.
